Wanting to help their neighbors, the Bonified Riderz of Brookshire made a contribution to relief efforts in the area. They presented the donation to Mayor Eric Scott who accepted on behalf of the Brookshire Volunteer Fire Department Chief Lyndon Stamps who is also the community’s Emergency Management Director.

The flooding from April 17 continues to cut a swath of destruction throughout the Waller County. This area has certainly not escaped the damage caused by rampaging waters that were created by epic rainfall. Residents may have heard a television station report that Houston had enough rain Sunday night into Monday to run Niagara Falls for eighty-eight hours.
