After months of waiting, the new Welcome to Brookshire sign was installed at the intersection of Old  Highway 90 and FM 359. Under the direction of EDC President Marilyn Vaughn, the project was coordinated by Corrie Vahalik. When Public Works  irector Earnest  Kelley arrived to view  the sign’s progress andwas teased about getting to work on landscaping, he replied,
