Austin – The Meridian Highway historically has been the major northsouth named highway in Texas since the early 1910s. Norman Payne, known as DJ Chose is a hometown boy hitting the radio waves in North Carolina, Texas and Oklahoma with a song, “Everywhere I go.” DJ says, “It’s a hometown song. I want everyone to know I haven’t forgotten where I’m from. That’s why I invited people from my hometown to come out and watch me film the video. I’ve performed around the world, but I remember where I came from.”

Officer David Martinez was named one of three officers to receive the “Rookie of the Year” award from the Greater Houston Awards Selection Committees of 100  Club, Inc. after receiving my nomination for the award.
